Living a healthy and long life is considered a gift. While none of us can control how long we will live, we can make choices that influence how we age optimally into our golden years.

Join our five-part series, as we dialogue with doctors, healthcare professionals and NGO leaders. Discover practical and philosophically-rich ways for us to keep the mind tuned in and the body tuned up through this series featuring evidence-based findings, reflections and lived experiences.

Whatever our age, and whether we are a caregiver or a recipient of care, the talks will help us understand the physical, mental and emotional changes that come with age.

******

This series is in a hybrid format — you may choose to join us either (1) in-person at the venue by reserving a ticket on this page or (2) virtual participation via Zoom [click here].

Due to limited capacity, only those who have registered for the events will be admitted in the venue. Walk-in registrations are not available. Thank you for your kind understanding.
